Prediction season is in full swing, and Amazon Music has joined the fray by highlighting the emerging artists it expects to make waves in 2026. The streaming service has named 49 artists globally, showcasing a mix of familiar faces and exciting new talent. Some picks were obvious early standouts, like Skye Newman and Ejae (known from K-Pop’s Demon Hunters), while the broader list reflects a wide spectrum of genres and backgrounds.

Amazon Music isn’t just offering predictions—it has the tools to help turn them into reality. This year’s “Artists to Watch” will receive support across flagship playlists, in-app features, out-of-home marketing, and content partnerships, ensuring these rising stars get maximum visibility.

Several artists on the list have already been commissioned for Amazon Music Originals, including JayDon, Vengayo, Zach John King, Bebo Dumont, Chloe Qisha, Jamie MacDonald, and Friqtao. Fans can explore the full lineup through a dedicated playlist, giving listeners an easy way to follow the next big names.

“Artists To Watch is one of the most meaningful initiatives we lead each year, because it’s about backing artists early, and championing them at this crucial stage in their career,” said Paul Firth, Amazon Music’s global head of music.

With this initiative, Amazon Music continues to demonstrate its commitment to discovering and supporting the artists who will shape the sound of tomorrow.
