2026 is already shaping up to be a huge year for K-pop on the world stage. With BTS confirming a brand-new album and an ambitious 79-date world tour, the genre’s global influence shows no signs of slowing down. Adding even more excitement to the mix, fellow South Korean superstars Blackpink are officially back in action.
The group are currently in the middle of their Deadline world tour, with dates confirmed through January 26 in Hong Kong. Alongside the tour, Blackpink are preparing to release a mini-album of the same name, set to arrive on February 27. Physical editions of the project have already gone up for pre-order, giving fans plenty to get excited about ahead of release day.
As expected, the album rollout comes with a wide range of collectible options. Fans can choose between two Black versions and two Pink versions, while four Silver editions have been created individually for each member. There’s also a premium Gray edition housed in a sleek presentation box, priced at £38.99, aimed squarely at dedicated collectors.

True to form, the physical releases are packed with extras designed to delight Blackpink’s loyal fanbase. Photocards, postcards, scratch-message cards, stickers, posters, and a photobook are all included across the editions, reinforcing the group’s reputation for fan-focused releases.
With Blackpink back on the road and new music on the way, their return adds another major chapter to what is quickly becoming a landmark year for K-pop. As global demand continues to grow, 2026 looks set to further cement the genre’s place at the center of pop culture worldwide.
